 Trustee School Registration
GAPPT members receive a discounted rate for the Tenth Annual Trustee School. An opportunity to join the Association, (or renew a membership), is available on the registration form.
The Trustee School registration fee includes two full days of comprehensive education, GAPPT-hosted meals, and evening networking receptions. Certified Retirement Plan Fiduciary™ Basic or Advanced Course registration includes materials, test preparation, and the course examination.
Participants may register for the CRPF™ Basic or Advanced Course or a Continuing Education Course. (Participants must have successfully completed the CRPF™ Basic Course to register for its Advanced Course.) CRPF™ designees and individuals interested in only obtaining their state mandated hours should register for the Continuing Education Course. Affiliate participants have the additional option to register as a "networking only" attendee.
PLAN SPONSOR REGISTRATION
Plan Sponsor registration is open to all individuals who are currently serving or have served as a trustee of a public retirement system board or serves as a staff member. They cannot be employed with an entity serving the retirement community, such as an actuarial, consulting, custodial, legal, third-party administration or investment management firm. (Qualified Emeritus members may register at the Plan Sponsor rate.)
Organizational "Key Members" have the option to register on behalf of their plan members. Fees will be combined on a single invoice for payment purposes.
The regular registration rate for Plan Sponsor Members is $199.00 per individual.
AFFILIATE REGISTRATION
Affiliate registration is open to individuals who have expressed an interest in the GAPPT and its mission, but do not fall within the definition of a Plan Sponsor or Emeritus attendee. Individuals with actuarial, consulting, custodial, legal, third-party administration and investment management firms would be considered Affiliate participants.
The regular registration rate for Affiliate Members is $720.00 per individual.
GUEST REGISTRATION
A guest is a spouse, significant other, friend or an adult child (21 years old or older) who is not in a retirement industry-related occupation. An individual employed by actuarial, consulting, custodial, legal, third-party administration or investment management firm may not register as an attendee's guest.
The regular registration rate for Guests is $119.00 per individual.
Only one guest per registered attendee may attend the Trustee School. Guests who plan to attend any Trustee School event, (including meals, cocktail receptions or sessions), must register. Name badges are required to attend all GAPPT Trustee School activities. Note: Guests who would like to earn CEC credits will be charged the Affiliate event rate of $620.00.
