Sixteenth Annual Conference

The Sixteenth Annual Conference will begin Monday with two optional networking events including the Plan Sponsor - Affiliate Golf Outing and a Wine Tasting. Later that evening, participants are invited to join all conference attendees and registered guests at the Welcome Reception. On Tuesday and Wednesday, two unique tracks of continuing education sessions will be presented by experts in the areas of fiduciary responsibility, board governance, investments, and plan administration. Networking events, including the Association Dinner and Casino Night, will be held after Wednesday's educational sessions. The conference will conclude on Thursday morning with breakfast and a general session.

Plan Sponsor - Affiliate Golf Outing

This year's golf outing will take place at Chateau Course on Monday, March 24, 2025. Plan Sponsor and Affiliate members may sign up for the golf outing during the conference registration process. Pre-registration is required and spots will be limited.

Wine Tasting Event

Enjoy a private wine-tasting event at the Chateau Elan Tasting Room. This optional networking event will take place on Monday, March 24, 2025, from 2:30 to 3:30 PM. Both attendees and registered guests are eligible to sign up for this event. Pre-registration is required and spots will be limited

Meals and Other Conference Networking Events

Conference registration includes a full breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, as well as a breakfast on Thursday. Participants are also invited to attend the Welcome Reception on Monday evening and cocktail receptions on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Wednesday evening, the GAPPT will host its popular Annual Association Dinner and Casino Night.
